Return Policy

A.P.C. offers a straightforward return process for items in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to an authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
